Post-implementation support is offered through our maintenance and warranty coverage, backed by our live helpdesk based in North Sydney. Dependent upon your level of internal IT support, we can carry out optional proactive scheduled maintenance, or provide on-premise dedicated staffing to support your rooms, desktops and devices on a daily basis. Our dedicated team of operators make hosted events simple.

We co-ordinate the scheduling, rehearsal, invitations, presentation design, pre-event support, scripting, announcers, and live call monitoring, with technical experts at the ready to assist.

Remote monitoring can be provided as a feature from our helpdesk, in addition to reporting that meets your business requirements. If your room requirements are non-integrated, we can provide standalone or mobile video solutions.
